Package Usage: nuget: nilnul._character_._LIB_
character described in a coding way; num, in mathematical set theory, is directly built upon nothign but set. no character is needed, as num is a set, not a positional notation.character.str, or txt, is dependent on num;we need to express num as txt, so we use positional notation, which involves an alphabet, which in turn composite a mini lang, which contains the valid txt that is num. We will deal with the basis here, as we need the single digit to denote the foundamental part of a num; plural digits are dealt with in txt generally. for alphabet, we need sortie, which is more than a set.as we said in prj:char, mathematicians discuss pure nums before moving to discuss chars herein as we are doing.
